CHRISTIAN TEMPERAMENT LIFE COACHING - Anointed Spirit Healing Center uses the Temperament Theory approach to Life Coaching as outlined by the most recent theory created by Dr. Richard Gene Arno, who is the founder of the National Christian Counselors Association (N.C.C.A.). The five temperaments include: Choleric, Melancholy, Sanguine, Phlegmatic and Supine. By finding our God-Given Temperament, using Creation Therapy techniques, we can use the inborn temperament of the counselee and access the needs, wants, drives and the disparities that the counselee receives and life experiences of the individual. After the Temperament-Blend Assessment and evaluation of the individual we can than begin to correct life imbalances and restore the counselee back to a state of well being and spiritual fulfillment.   

COUPLES /FAMILY ADVOCATING - Anointed Spirit Healing Center strives to bring loved ones relationships together mentally, physically, emotionally and most importantly spiritually. So whether your in a relationship with a loved one wanting to get married, already married, having family related issues with parents, children, relatives and other loved ones, our couples and family advocating sessions are geared to restore unity and balance through biblical based models and the understanding of each others differences. Our goal is to restore what once was or is and form a deeper faith within each other in the relationship and with God.

PEER SUPPORT GROUPS AND AWARENESS CLASSES - Anointed Spirit Healing Center offers a variety of peer support groups and awareness classes for people with a variety of different needs and ages. We offer support in the following areas: Drug & Alcohol Addictions Recovery, Grievance of a Lost One, Peer Pressure and Bullying Support, Mental Health and Suicide Awareness and Anger Management and Aggression classes. Through our support groups you can obtain sponsorship, a deeper understanding of what it is your going through, positive coping skills, learning to set up healthy boundaries, and connect with others during times of hardship. The most important thing we want you to remember is that you are not alone and there is help out there for you and we would love to have the opportunity to work with you and help get you the help you need and deserve.

BIBLE STUDY /MUSIC WORSHIP - Anointed Spirit Healing Center offers Bible Studies on a weekly basis. Each month we focus on a different series and chapters of the bible to help give us a deeper understanding of the bible and Gods purpose for all of us. In addition we have a small music worship service during the beginning or end of our services to reflect on Gods grace and give thanks to our many blessings.

Wellness-Based Services

YAHWEH YOGA - Our Yahweh Yoga Classes offered here at the center are a Hatha Vinyasa Style of Yoga. Hatha translates to "equilibrium or balance" Vini translates to "flowing" and Asana translating to "poses". By practicing Hatha Vinyasa Yoga we are connecting our body, mind, spirit through balanced flowing poses in a meditative format. Yoga originated back to over 5,000 years ago as a way of restoring life's balance through this physical and spiritual form of exercise. Yoga is for anyone and everyone of all ages. So relax and rejuvenate and attend one of our classes today. 

MEDITATION CLASS - Anointed Spirit Healing Center offers both Christian-based meditation classes reflecting on scriptures from the bible as well as non religious meditation classes that use a variety of different meditation techniques including: breathing techniques, chanting, guided meditations and guided imagery, as well as incorporating other relaxing tools such as aromatherapy and more... This class is a great way to end a long stressful week.

AURA /CHAKRA ENHANCEMENT - There are seven main chakras which are located along our bodies central nervous system. Chakras are meridians of energy that cross each other in our nervous system, they act as our bodies internal battery or energy source. When we tend to become stressed our muscles tense up and we start to constrict our nervous system creating energy and chakra blockages. We also give off our energy when we are going through difficult situations. The expression it takes 9 muscles to smile and 13 to frown is very true. During stressful events in our life we tend to loose our energy. There are also four layers of our aura. Auras are the layers of energy that our body naturally give offs. Auras are often found in religious paintings as people that are highly spiritual give off a higher vibration than can be seen by the naked eye. Through our Aura /Chakra Enhancement sessions we can restore the bodies natural flow of energy both internally and externally allowing the client to leave the end of the session feeling "charged", energetic and rejuvenated.

REIKI MASSAGE - Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing technique originating from the founder, Dr. Mika Usui, who was the Dean of a Christian school. Rei translates to "universal or god like" and Ki translates to "energy or energy in all that is alive" when put together the definition of Reiki translates to "Universal Life Force Energy." In Reiki we channel energy to allow our body to heal itself. In our Reiki Massage sessions here at Anointed Spirit Healing Center we offer full body Reiki Massage, healing the body through the practice of "laying on of hands" and other healing modalities including multiple massage therapy techniques to manipulate the muscles, increase muscle function and relieve tension usin kneading, pushing, Swedish massage, deep tissue, hot rocks, touching, taping and gazing. By intertwining the healing principles of Reiki and the physical aspects of massage, it leaves your body feeling relaxed, stress free, reduced muscle tension and allows for the natural healing of the body to take affect.

Metaphysical Services

GYOSHI HO - Gyoshi Ho is apart of the Reiki Healing System. It involves healing another through the eyes. For Christians look at the facial expression of pictures with Jesus or Mary. The expression is not that of a stare but a more softer, relaxed, radiant defocussed look. Through practicing Gyoshi Ho the recipient receives the energy through the eyes and the energy flows through the body to allow for natural healing. In addition during a Gyoshi Ho treatment, the practitioner can begin to see the aura of the recipient as well as how their soul may have looked in their past lives. It is said that in the bible our judgment day is when the messiah has come during the time of rapture and the souls on earth are either given eternal salvation or condemned to hell. So until this time we can relive our lives as our soul moves towards the future that heaven awaits for us.

INTUITIVE CONSULTING - Intuition is our God-given instinct that gives us that sense of direction we take in life. It acts as a roadmap to the possibilities of the decisions that we can make in life. There are six channels of intuition that we have in our bodies. The four main ones consist of the following: Clairvoyance - "Clear Seeing", Clairaudience - "Clear Hearing", Clairsentience - "Clear Feeling", and Claircognizance - "Clear Knowing". The other two channels that are not often used or talked about a lot is "Clear Tasting" and "Clear Smelling". Which ever the case we all have these intuitive channels or receptors in our body. Intuition is that gut feeling you have that says, "Don't go down that road", "Avoid being with those people" or "Choose this one not that one". Our Intuition is also that "inner voice" you hear inside your head, your guardian angel nudging you in the right direction. It can also be the visions you see in your dreams or knowledge that just comes to you. These are all apart of our intuitive capabilities. They should never harm us or give us fear. It is just information that our body is receiving and than comes to pass. God gave us free will, so our angelic guides will never interfere with the choices we make, however they will push us in the right direction through our intuitive receptors. Sometimes it's not "what's inside the box?" but it is more so the "impression of what the box contains". Through our Intuitive Consult session we open up the intuitive channels to pick up the impressions of the messages and information as it comes, decoding it sometimes and than in the end result seeing the bigger picture of what options could be or are out there, or which path might be a lighter path to choose. We live in a world of contrast, there is no "good" or "evil" there is just "is" by using our intuition were just opening up to God's Universe and our surroundings, allowing us to see the pathways, impressions and life experiences that are available to us. 

ANGELIC HEALING THERAPY - Angel therapy is an alternative healing concept that involves communication with angels. The idea behind the therapy is that by establishing a connection with angelic beings, it is possible to identify and treat a wide range of area within the person. The concept of healing through faith and spirituality is common in many faith traditions. Contemporary expressions of angel therapy often draw on the varying ideas about angels that are part of the core beliefs of different religions. For example, some faiths see angels as guardians of human beings, with groups of angels assigned to the watch and care of each person. Within this framework, the angel therapy would take the form of establishing contact with those angels to learn what must be done in order to correct the emotional, spiritual, or physical condition that currently plagues the individual.
